What made this activation truly special was the live customization—Alexandra added names and personal messages on the spot, tailoring each box to shoppers’ special requests. The response was incredible—customers were so enchanted by the unique boxes that many stopped by just to request them! This interactive and personal touch made the experience a huge success, adding an extra layer of charm and exclusivity to the holiday shopping atmosphere.
